Bill Bensley Creative Director at Bensley

William Bensley is a Harvard graduate who has brought to life over 200 resorts, hotels and palaces in 30 different countries! He founded his own architecture, interior design and landscape firm in Bangkok 1989. Over the years Bill has become a go-to hotel designer who constantly integrates sustainability into his designs with the help of his team comprised of 150 interior designers, architects, landscape designers, and artists.

Christian Clerc President of Global Operations at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Highly respected and valued EHL Alumni and a member of EHL Advisory Board – Christian Clerc, has dedicated over 20 years of his life to designing and expanding the signature values of the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He has been the GM of Four Seasons' flagship location, the Regional Vice President, and has been in several leadership positions in Europe and Middle East since. Now, Mr. Clerc overseas global operations, ensuring the performance of each property meets the highest standards.

Markus Müller Global Head of Chief Investment Office at Deutsche Bank

Before offering his diligent services for over 13 years at the Deutsche Bank, Mr. Müller lectured economics, finance and philosophy in universities all over the world. His first book on the future of social market economy in Germany was published in 2019 and a second will be published in 2021. Now, he focuses on creating opportunities, developing strategies and reaching the aim of blue economy (an economic concept focusing on nature and sustainable living).

Melati Wijsen Indonesian Climate Activist and Founder of Bye Bye Plastic Bags and Youthtopia

Originally from Bali, Melati Wijsen has campaigned for her home island to banish single-use plastic bags since the age of 12! Together with her sister Isabel Wijsen, she initiated a hunger strike in 2016 to gain political attention, eventually leading to the ban of Styrofoam, plastic bags and straws in 2018. Named one of the 25 Most Influential Teens of 2018 by Time Magazine and invited to speak at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2020, the now 19-year-old woman has proven to everyone that you’re never too young to fight for change.

Sharan Pasricha Founder and CEO of Ennismore

Sharan Pasricha is an Indian born entrepreneur based in London, England. He is most known for founding Ennismore, a global hospitality developer and operator, and for the acquisition and growth of The Hoxton and Gleneagles. Ennismore was ranked 30th in Britain's Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and is included in the Financial Times’ FT1000: Europe's fastest growing companies.

Monika Nerger Global CIO at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

Monika Nerger joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2006 as Vice President of Technology, the Americas, and was promoted to global CIO in 2011. Prior to Mandarin Oriental, she worked with Pan Pacific Hotels, KMPG Consulting, Advanced BusinessLink and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. As a writer and consultant, she has published several articles on subjects ranging from legacy application modernization, CRM in the gaming industry, to the use of satellite communications onboard cruise ships.

Kris Singleton CIO at Enseo

As the Chief Information & Technology Officer and Senior Business Executive, Kris has held key leadership roles in world-class private and public companies in the retail/consumer product goods and hospitality/travel and casino industries. Her reputation for implementing transformational changes in a complex technical environment are well known and result in delivering a stable, reliable platform. In 2020 she won the CIO of the Year ORBIE Award recognized by ArizonaCIO.

Siobhan Thomas Global Talent Acquisition & Diversity and Inclusion Director at IHG Hotels & Resorts

Siobhan Thomas graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2009 and has worked in the world of HR for Sky and Credit Suisse, before joining IHG as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in 2015. She transferred to the Global Talent Acquisition & Diversity and Inclusion Director three years later, a position she still holds. Through her job, Mrs. Thomas aims to create an inclusive and equal workspace in the hospitality industry.

Chip Conley Strategic Advisor of Hospitality & Leadership at Airbnb

Graduated from Stanford, Chip Conley founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality and managed around 50 boutique hotels for 24 years before selling his company. Since then, he has shared his experience with industry professionals through Ted Talks, panels, and his five books. In 2013, Mr. Conley started working for Airbnb with the goal to help the owners transform Airbnb into a true hospitality company, which it has now become.

Anita Mendiratta Special Advisory to the Secretary General of UNWTO

A universal woman, taking on monumental roles, Mrs. Mendiratta is a published author of “Come Closer: How tourism is shaping the future of nations". She began her career along a blue chip corporate path, working alongside astonishing minds at IBM, Unilever & Coca-Cola, then advancing to leadership positions in global consultancy firms. Today, with over two decades of working experience, she is being considered to be a bridge between government and business.

Neil Jacobs CEO Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas

Mr. Jacobs needs no introduction in the hospitality world, nonetheless we’ll give you a rundown of Six Senses’ CEO. Before joining Six Senses in 2012, Neil Jacob’s career spanned from leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, specifically the Asia Pacific region, to Starwood Capital Group, and the development of the Baccarat Hotels and 1 Hotels brands. Additionally, he is known for having a special focus on wellness and sustainability.
