YHS EMPLOYER RANKINGS
The YHS Employer Rankings aims to improve opportunities for young talent in the industry by highlighting the expectation gaps between employers and these talents. The survey findings are summarized in the rankings report, which delves into the talents’ expectations in areas such as employer branding, retention and workplace motivators. By doing so, the report seeks to encourage companies to re-examine their position within the job market.
Last year, the survey was completed by 1,219 participants from over 200 hospitality schools across 100 countries.
