The YHS Employer Rankings aims to improve opportunities for young talent in the industry by highlighting the expectation gaps between employers and these talents. The survey findings are summarized in the rankings report, which delves into the talents’ expectations in areas such as employer branding, retention and workplace motivators. By doing so, the report seeks to encourage companies to re-examine their position within the job market. 






YHS Employer Expectations Survey

The YHS Rankings department is glad to present the first YHS Employer Expectations Report. This report aims to bring a better understanding of today's talent market, by drawing parallels between employees' and employers' perceptions, between expectations and reality.


The YHS Employer Expectations Survey collected responses from organizations present all around the world. ​Findings are summarized in the Employer Expectations Report, which further investigates on topics discussed in the YHS 2020 Employer Rankings Report: Training and Development, Employee Empowerment and Job Promotion Methods.
