Meet the Guest
Patrick Mendes, an INSEAD graduate with an MBA in Management and Marketing from IAE Aix-en-Provence, brings extensive leadership experience to the table. He began his career with Edenred in 1994, eventually overseeing operations in Spain and Portugal.
Transitioning to Accor in 2005, he held various high-level positions, culminating in his appointment as Group Chief Commercial Officer in 2020. Now, as CEO of Accor's Europe & North Africa division, he continues to drive business growth in the group's core market.

Fritz has specialized in Digital Marketing with an enthusiastic approach to e-commerce and digitization of the hospitality and tourism sector after graduating from EHL in 2013.
Besides managing one of the leading online marketing agencies in hospitality in Europe, Fritz is engaged in advisory boards, lecturing at several European hospitality management schools and acts as a keynote speaker with previous records of speaking at TEDx, hospitality conventions such as ITB, IHIF, WTM, ATM.
